From the very first visit to our house to scope the job and provide an estimate to replace our two ageing boilers with one more efficient model, plus all the associated pipework, programmers etc.Jack, Ricky and their colleagues, demonstrated a highly professional, courteous and genuinely caring approach to all aspects of the project. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always happy to answer our many questions and discuss our requirements as the work progressed. They always left the house tidy and cleaned up at the end of each day. They co-ordinated the work of other trades people required including roofing (for new boiler flue) and electrical contractors very efficiently. Once completed, the new system has already proved to be very effective and easier to control and manage and has achieved all we wanted it to and more. New heating system: Oil to LPG Ricky and his team converted our heating system from oil to LPG. Wasn't the simplest project....Job done very efficiently, was commissioned on time and under budget, with minimal disruption. Reckon its saving me £1500 a year.

Professional and friendly service We are very happy with the service we received. Ricky removed our old system and fitted a new external boiler. He was friendly and kept us informed of plans and timings. We now have a new, efficient heating system, installed at a competitive price.

Brilliant service The gas servicing firm previously used had left us in a mess. They had botched the installation of a new heating control device so that our 2015 Vaillant boiler would only deliver hot water. Craig turned up on time and, after a quick inspection, found that the wiring had been done incorrectly inside the boiler. Within 20 minutes the heating system was working as it should again. Absolutely brilliant, Craig – thank you.

Excellent service and workmanship Ricky and the team moved an existing boiler to a new room and converted the hot water system to unvented, and added a zone to the heating, including all associated piework and controls. The work has been completed to an excellent standard and throught the days on site the guys were polite, quiet and very tidy while we lived and worked in the bungalow with minimal disturbance. There was a new problem with the boiler on commissioning which took an extra half day to resolve. However, the invoice was exactly the same as the quote - lovely suprise!

We had an ignition fault code coming up on our boiler, the day before going on holiday for a week. Typical! CB were able to fit me in last minute. Ricky checked over the boiler for faults, and gave it a full service at the same time. With what little I know about gas boilers, it was clear Ricky was extremely thorough with the service, stripping it apart and going a lot further than the 'in and out' guys I used to use. Seeing how it should be done it's now clear to me many out there cut corners. Very knowledgeable and professional, extremely friendly and polite, and he even cleaned up after himself. Great price too. Highly recommend these gas engineers in the Exeter area. I'll be using them from now on.
